组胺H1受体拮抗剂特非那丁对豚鼠心率的影响

摘　　要：目的观察特非那丁(Terfenadine)对豚鼠心率的影响。方法观察腹腔注射不同浓度的特非那丁(Terfenadine)后豚鼠心电图变化,探讨其对豚鼠心率的影响。结果 0.54mg/mL、1.08mg/mL、2.16mg/mL、4.32mg/mL浓度的特非那丁在腹腔注射后40min时减慢豚鼠心率,与生理盐水对照组和对应浓度的二甲基亚砜(DMSO)对照组及给药前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论特非那丁可减慢正常豚鼠的心率。Objective To explore the effect of H1 receptor antagonist terfenadine on heart rate of guinea pig. Methods We observed the electrocardiogram of guinea pig after giving terfenadine by intraperitoneal injection to analyze the variation of heart rate. Results Different concentration of terfenadine-treated （0.54, 1.08, 2.16 and 4.32mg/mL ） can all make the heart rate of guinea pig stepping down after intraperitoneal injection 40 minutes.There were significantly statistic difference comparing with NS control group, DMSO control group and prodosage （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The findings suggest terfenadine can step down heart rate of guinea pig.
