鼻炎宁冲剂致过敏反应1例并文献分析

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻炎宁冲剂致不良反应的一般规律和特点,为鼻炎宁冲剂的合理应用提供参考。方法报道1例8岁鼻炎患者使用鼻炎宁冲剂出现过敏反应等症状,并检索相关文献,对有关鼻炎宁冲剂的不良反应原始文献进行分类统计分析。结果鼻炎宁冲剂的不良反应以男性为主(64.00%),主要发生在11～30岁年龄组(56.00%),其不良反应发生时间为用药后的10min内(60.00%),不良反应主要为过敏反应,主要涉及皮肤及其附件、呼吸系统、循环系统和消化系统多个系统。结论临床医师、药师应了解鼻炎宁冲剂的不良反应的规律和特点,加强其不良反应监测,警惕严重不良反应的发生。Objective To study the general regularity and characteristics of adverse drug reactions （ ADB ） induced by Biyanning granules, to provide references for rational use of drugs in the clinic. Methods Reported allergic occurred by a patient with rhinitis, age of 8. Literatures about Biyanning granules-induced ADR reported, analysis the relevant original literature of adverse reactions with Biyanning granules. Results The ADR of Biyanning granules often oeeurred in 11 -30 year old patients （ 56.00% ）, and male （ 64.00% ）, time of occurrence is within 10 min after administration （ 60.00% ） .The main adverse reaction of Biyanning granules are allergle reactions, main elinieal manifestation of organs and system involved in ADR were skin and its appendant, respiratory system, circulatory system and digestive system. Conclusion Doctors and pharmacists should know the pattern and characteristics of adverse drug reactions （ ADR ） induced by Biyanning granules, and the used of Biyanning granules should be under strict monitoring, guarded against the occurrence of serious adverse reactions.
