摘  要:目的探讨体外循环(CPB)对循环巨核细胞和血小板的影响及意义。方法观察测定20例患者体外循环(CPB)前后巨核细胞、血小板计数(PLT)值变化,探讨体外循环(CPB)对循环巨核细胞和血小板的影响及意义。结果手术前、中、后中心静脉血的巨核细胞和4-型巨核细胞数量总数量高于同期周围动脉血的细胞总数量。体外循环中中心静脉血巨核细胞和4-型巨核细胞数量比术前和术后均升高,体外循环中血小板数量比术前和术后均降低(P<0.01)。结论体外循环可以导致巨核细胞和血小板数量的改变,循环巨核细胞可能在肺中被破坏、损耗;急性肺损伤可能影响血小板数量。Objective To explore cardiopulmonary bypass' s influence on platelet and megakaryocytes. Methods Megakaryocytes and platelet count ( PLT ) in 20 patients before and after eardiopulmonary bypass ( CPB ) were measured. To explore cardiopulmonary bypass' s influence on platelet and megakaryocytes. Results The total number of megakaryocytes and 4-type of megakaryocytes in venous blood were higher than the same arterial blood. The total number of megakaryocytes and 4--type of megakaryocytes in venous blood within CPB were higher than before and after CPB. PLT within CPB were lower than before and after CPB ( P〈0.01 ) . Conclusion CPB can lead to changes of platelet count and megakaryocytes. Platelets and megakaryocytes were destructed in lung by CPB. Injury in acute lung may affect the quantity of platelet.
