摘 要:使用油包水钻井液钻进时.井壁和套管壁上会粘附着一层油浆、油膜,它将导致水泥环界面胶结性能较差,该种情况下水泥石的界面胶结强度几乎为零,这将严重影响固井质量及油田的勘探开发。为了满足PY30-1气田大位移井钻井作业,下部121/4in井段使用的是油基钻井液钻进,而上部地层存在断层,容易发生漏失,故上部171/2in(1in-2.54cm)井段使用价格低廉的水基泥浆。笔者进行研究和筛选,最终确定采用油水双效冲洗液PCW21L,它是由一系列环保溶剂组合而成的一种环境友好的材料,就该冲洗液对油基、水基泥浆的清洗性能进行了评价,结果表明,该冲洗液具有良好的清洗能力;并与泥浆、隔离液及水泥浆进行相容性试验,结果表明,该冲洗液与泥浆、隔离液及水泥浆均有较好的相容性。油水双效冲洗液PC—W21L在现场PY30-1气田6口井的固井作业中得到了成功的应用,固井质量优良。When wells were drilled by using the water-in-oil drilling fluids,the slurry oil and oil coat would be adhered to borehole and casing walls,which would cause poor cementation on the interface of cement mantle.In such cases,the interface strength was almost zero,which would seriously affect the cementing quality and oilfield exploration and development.In order to satisfy the operation of the extended reach wells of PY30-1 Gas Field,oil-based drilling fluid was used in drilling at lower well section of 121/4in,but there existed fault zones in upper layer and leakage was easily induced,so inexpensive water base mud was used at top well section of 121/4in.According to research and filtration,oil-water double effect flushing fluid PC-W21L was chosen,an environmentally friendly material composed of a series of environmental solvents was finally adopted.The evaluation of performance of oil base and water base mud by shows that PC-W21L has excellent cleaning capacity.And the compatibility test between PC-W21L and drill fluid is conducted,the result shows that spacer fluid,cement slurry have good compatibility with them.PC-W21L is successfully used for cementing operation in 6 wells of PY30-1 Gas Field,and the cementing quality is excellent.
