摘  要:孤岛油田注聚区层内或层间非均质性严重,注聚过程中聚合物易沿高渗孔道窜进,使得部分注入井油压低,对应油井高见聚,严重影响聚合物驱开发效果。为此,研究应用了复合段塞控永封窜技术之冻胶型堵剂。试验结果表明,宝莫聚合物对进口交联荆适应性最好;当弱冻胶主段塞交联剂浓度与聚合物浓度比值〈0.4时.成胶强度较高,且肢体不易脱水;当聚合物浓度4000mg/L交联剂浓度300-600mg/L时,肢体强度较大,胶体不易脱水,满足封口要求,同时该体系随盐类矿化度的增加体系强度有增加趋势。In the polymer flooding areas of Gudao Oilfield,the intralayer and interlayer heterogeneity was serious,the polymer was easily coning along high permeability pores,thus some of the corresponding wells had high polymer breakthrough,it seriously influenced the effect of polymer flooding.Therefore a composite gel blocking agent was developed for controlling water channeling.The result indicates that Baomo Polymer is best fit with imported cross-linking agent,when the concentration ratio between the weak gel slug and the polymer is <0.4,the gelling strength is higher,the gel is not easily dewatered,when it is 4000mg/L with gelling agent concentration of 300~600mg/L,the gelling strength is the highest,the gel is not easily dewatered,it can meet the needs of sealing.With the increase of salinity its strength is raised.
