摘  要:确定垂直井筒中气流携砂的合理工艺参数,力求高速含砂气流对井口设备的冲蚀、磨蚀程度最小,又能保证有足够带出全部砂粒的气流,对气井正常生产至关重要。以砂粒受力是其运动的本质为出发点,通过分析垂直井筒中砂粒的受力情况,建立气流携砂的理论模型。在临界状态下,砂粒受力平衡,据此推导出确定气流携砂临界参数的理论公式。该模型推导的理论公式对垂直气井携砂生产具有一定的借鉴意义。It was very important to determine the reasonable operation parameter of airflow sand carrying in vertical wells and strive to obtain the minimum erosion and abrasion of wellhead equipment induced by high-speed airflow of sand containment,guarantee enough airflow to bring out all the sand.Based on the force applied on sand,the situation in vertical well is considered to establish a theoretical model of sand carrying.In critical condition,the force applied on sand is balanced,accordingly the theoretical equation of airflow with sand is established.It provides a reference for calculation sand carrying in vertical wells.
