摘　　要：介绍了攀钢冷轧厂平整机组采用的新技术——恒延伸率控制系统，对该系统在生产中出现的问题进行了分析，并提出了相应的改进措施。The advanced technology of fixed elongation control of cold rolling skin pass mill applied by PanzhihuaIron and Steel Co. is introduced.
