摘　　要：介绍了天津轧三小型连轧生产线的改造情况。由于工艺流程合理、设备选型正确，利旧率达５４４％，因此投资９１６０万元，施工７个月，即成功地完成了改造，年产量增加１３万ｔ，吨钢成本下降１１．６％。The reformation of continuous small section rolling line was introduced. The reformation was successful. The yearly output increased 130 thousand tons and the cost of per ton cut down 11.6%. The investment was onlyRMB 91,600,000 Yuan and the construction period was only seven months because the process is reasible, the equipmenttype selection is correct and the rate of using old equipment reaches 54.5%.
