摘　　要：针对济钢第二小型轧钢厂加热炉炉筋管汽化冷却系统故障产生的原因，采取了７项措施，从而彻底解决了炉筋管烧坏问题．Seven measures are put forward and utilized after the malfunction of evaporation cooling system of furnaceribed tube is analyzed. The problem can be completely resolved.
