新型高铬铸铁的组织及磨蚀行为研究

摘　　要：设计了高铬白口铸铁的化学成分,研究不同含碳量与热处理工艺对组织与性能的影响。试验结果表明,高碳高铬白口铸铁在pH=3～7的弱酸性和中性介质中使用,其性能达到或超过硬镍1号水平,而且成本又比较低,具有广阔的应用前景。The chemical composition of a high chromium white cast iron was designed.The influence of various carbon contents and heat treatment on the microstructure and property of the iron was studied.The test results showed that the property of the white cast iron with high carbon and chromium content reached or exceeded that of No 1 hard nickel when it was used in weak acid (pH=3-7)or neutral medium.The cost is lower and the application prospective is wide.
