摘　　要：针对福建省房地产市场数据仓库建设中,各设区市房地产市场数据源存在异构性、低质量和数据标准不统一的特点,定义了ETL过程中数据交换标准和数据交换前置包,并详细阐述了ETL在福建省房地产市场数据仓库建设中的实现过程.In response to the characteristics of heterogeneity, low quality and non -. uniform data standards in the city real estate market data sources for data warehouse construction in Fujian Province, this article defines the data exchange standards and the data exchange pre -package in the ETL process. The implementation process of ETL in the data warehouse construction of real estate market in Fuiian Province was also oresented in detail.
