摘　　要：以福建省建筑节能监管体系建设工作为基础,介绍了本地区酒店建筑的能耗现状.选取了建筑面积、空调冷源侧功率等8个主要能耗影响因素作为回归分析初始变量,通过主成分分析,提取出3个主成分,并在此基础上,建立了酒店建筑能耗二次回归模型,从统计学及实践两个角度验证了该模型的准确性和有效性.Based on the Fujian building energy - conservation supervision system, this paper presents a multivariate statistic method to analyze the energy consumption performance of hotel building. By using principal components analysis technique, three main affecting factors are extracted from energy consumption data including 8 feature factors. In addition, the predicted model to hotel building energy consumption, with respect to obtained three principal components, is developed based on the multivariable regression method. Finally, the effectiveness of the predicted model is tested by collected data.
