摘 要:目的应用超滤对川芎、莪术、柴胡和白术四味中药挥发油含油水体进行油水分离,并进行膜过程的研究。方法采用正交实验对膜分离过程进行研究:以膜通量和COD(化学需氧量)截留率为指标,探讨各操作参数对膜过程的影响。结果在本试验条件范围内,膜过程中温度、压力和黏度对膜通量的影响最大,压力越大,温度越高,通量越大,而COD截留率与总阻力有显著相关性,总阻力越大,COD截留率越高。其中,白术和柴胡含油水体的超滤过程受压力和温度影响较大,莪术和川芎含油水体的超滤过程受压力和温度影响较小。结论超滤法用于中药挥发油含油水体的油水分离有理论上的可行性,与传统的乙酸乙酯萃取法相比,有较大优势,有很好的应用前景。AIM To study the separation of four kinds of essential oil-water emulsion Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Curcumae Rhizoma,Bupleuri Radix and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma with ultrafiltration and investigate the ultrafiltration process.METHODS The process of ultrafiltration was studied by orthogonal design,and the effects of different parameters to the ultrafiltration process were evaluated by membrane flux and removal rate of COD.RESULTS Under the experimental conditions,the temperature,pressure and viscosity made the greatest impact on the membrane flux,and the flux increased with the increase of pressure and temperature.While the removal rate of COD and the total resistance showed strong correlation,and the removal rate of COD increased with the increase in total resistance.In addition,the ultrafiltration processes of essential oil-water emulsion of Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma and Bupleuri Radix were affected by the pressure and temperature more greatly than which of essential oil-water emulsion of Curcumae Rhizoma and Chuanxiong Rhizoma.CONCLUSION It is reasonable to separate essential oil from oily water by ultrafiltration,and compared with the traditional method of extraction with ethyl acetate,it has greater advantages and good prospects.
