摘  要:目的同时测定代赭石及炮制品在不同介质中Fe(Ⅱ)和Fe(Ⅲ),以评价炮制品。方法选择磺基水杨酸-邻菲罗啉混合液作为显色剂,采用H点标准加入法同时测定代赭石及其炮制品在不同介质条件下(H2O、HCl、HAc)Fe(Ⅱ)和Fe(Ⅲ)的溶出量。结果Fe(Ⅱ)和Fe(Ⅲ)溶出量:生品<煅品<醋淬品;2次醋淬品<1次醋淬品;850℃的炮制品<650℃的炮制品。结论所建立的测定方法灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于同时测定代赭石溶出液中Fe(Ⅱ)和Fe(Ⅲ)的含量。650℃煅烧,醋淬1次的炮制品为最佳炮制品。AIM To determine Fe(Ⅱ) and Fe(Ⅲ) from the crude and different products of ruddle in different mediums simultaneously,and to evaluate the quality of processed products.METHODS Mixed reagents of phenanthroline and sulfosalicylic acid were used as a selective chromogenic indicator.H-point standard addition method was applied to the simultaneous determination of Fe(Ⅱ) and Fe(Ⅲ) from crude and different processed products in different medium.RESULTS The tests showed that the dissolved quantity of Fe(Ⅱ) and Fe(Ⅲ) from crude sample was less than the calcined one,and the calcined sample was less than the calcined quenched one with vinegar,the quenched sample by vinegar twice was less than once,and the calcined product at 850 ℃ was less than one at 650 ℃.CONCLUSION The method is sensitive,selective,reproducible and can be used for simultaneous determination of Fe(Ⅱ) and Fe(Ⅲ).Ruddle calcined at 650℃ and quenched with vinegar one times was the best processed product.
