电镀金刚石套钻最佳结构参数的研究

摘　　要：本文在分析了各因素对金刚石套钻使用寿命和钻削效率影响的基础上，采用正交实验法对各因素进行了优化，得出最优的结构参数。经过实践证明，采用这些参数加工的电镀金刚石套钻其使用寿命和钻削效率明显提高，效果显著。On the basis of studying on the affect over the duration and the drilling efficiency of electroplating diamond drilling bits, the factors are optimized by the orthogonal expen-ment. Practice shows that the duration and the drilling efficiency of the tools are improved much by using the optimized structure parameters.
