摘  要:脱粘对陶瓷复合装甲抗多发打击有重要影响.基于已有弹道试验,应用LS-DYNA软件,采用建粘结层的方法,研究了陶瓷/铝合金复合装甲在7.62 mm穿甲弹打击下陶瓷板的脱粘问题.比较了界面应力失效准则和粘结层应变失效准则,探讨了聚氨酯粘结层的脱粘机理.结果表明,粘结失效应采用粘结层应变失效准则,脱粘的主要机理是粘结层材料的拉伸破坏.Debonding has important influence on the capability of ceramic composite armors against multi-hit.Based on published ballistic experiments,the debonding problems of ceramic/aluminum composite armors under the impact of 7.62 mm armor piercing projectile(APP) was numerically investigated by LS-DYNA,in which the model with adhesive layer was used.The contact stress failure criterion was compared with the adhesive layer stain failure criterion,and the debonding mechanism of polyurethane layer was studied.The result shows that the debonding failure should adopt the stain failure criterion of adhesive layer,and the main mechanism of the debonding is the tensional failure of the adhesive material.
