摘  要:色谱指纹图谱是优于传统质量控制的新方法,本文以车前草为个例采用裂解色谱法测定,运用模糊聚类法对其进行了研究.结果表明,该方法具有快速、简便、准确等特点,6种不同产地的样品的指纹图谱有相似性,同一样品重复测试,相对保留时间的标准偏差小于2.0%,峰面积百分比的相对偏差小于5.0%,结果重现性较好.The chromatographic fingerprint is a new approach which surpasses the current conventional quality control mode for the traditional Chinese medicines. A case analysis of plantain herb from different regions was studied by pyrolysis-gas chromatography with fuzzy cluster analysis. The results showed that this method had a good reproducibility. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of adjusted retention time of a sample was no more than 2.0 %, and the RSD of Sr was also no more than 5.0 %. This method was simple, rapid and accurate and was suitable for the quality control of plantain herb.
