摘　　要：研究开发了基于中端造型平台Ｓｏｌｉｄ Ｅｄｇｅ，针对球铁件的ＤＩＳＡ垂直无箱造型工艺的三维铸造工艺工装ＣＡＤ 系统。系统主要功能包括：通用铸造工艺参数设计、实用冒口系统设计、恒压等流量浇注系统设计。Based on a commercial CAD modeling system SolidEdge,the author has developed the 3-D CAD system,which was specially designed for DISA process of the ductile iron casting.The CAD system help the user to create the casting model from the product model by add machining allowances and drafts.Then the mass and volume as well as the modulus of different parts of the casting can be calculated precisely,as a result,suitable rigging system can be set for the casting.Finally,3 D pattern assembly can be obtained by putting the rigging system together with the casting model.
