摘 要:采用液态模锻代替压力铸造及热模锻生产汽车铜合金拔叉,不仅消除了压铸件内部容易形成气孔、疏松及非金属夹杂的缺陷,而且减少了锻造设备的投资及提高了材料利用率和成品率。介绍了铜合金拔叉液态模锻的模具结构及设计参数,分析了液态模锻的工艺参数及选择依据。The copper alloy fork of automobile was manufactured with liquid die forging replacing die casting under pressure and hot die forging, in which not only the defects of gas holes , porosity and non-metal inclusion in die casting under pressure were eliminated, but also the invest of forging equipment was decreased, and the coefficient of material utilization and the rate of end product were increased. In this paper, the die structure and the design parameters of liquid die forging for the copper alloy fork were introduced, and the technological parameters and the selection principle, the techno-economic of the product of liquid die forging were analysed.
