摘　　要：介绍用标准试样和槽形对比试样校验涡流仪的方法。验证了根据阻抗图幅度和相位分析判定缺陷技术的优点。对比分析了表面凹坑、夹渣及裂纹等常见缺陷的阻抗图特征。A method was introduced to calibrate the eddy current detector with standard specimens compared with grooved ones. The advantages of the technique by which the defects were discriminated on the basis ofimpedance diagram and phase analysis were testified. The features of the impedance diagram for the common defects such as pits, inclusions and cracks were also analyzed by comparison.
