摘　　要：鸢尾属植物中酚类、多糖含量较高,DNA提取较为困难。在前人工作基础上,改进了提取植物DNA的CTAB方法,通过延长水浴时间、氯仿/异戊醇(24∶1)2次抽提、适当延长氯仿/异戊醇与提取液接触时间等一系列改进,简化了提取步骤,大大缩短了提取时间。所提取的DNA纯度高,可满足以PCR扩增为基础的试验需要。DNA isolation of Iris species is difficult for their high contents of polyphenol and polysaccharide.Here a modified CTAB method for Iris DNA extraction was presented.With series of improvement and simplification of the procedure,including water-bath time extension,chloroform/ isoamyl alcohol（24∶1） twice extraction,high concentration and purity of DNA was obtained and it could be used in the following molecular biology experiments based on PCR amplification.
