摘  要:目的建立同时测定毛两面针中氯化两面针碱、乙氧基白屈菜红碱和毛两面针素的含量方法。方法采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱:Promosil-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(含0.2%磷酸和0.2%三乙胺)(28∶72);检测波长:273、328 nm;流速:1.0 mL.min-1;柱温:30℃。结果氯化两面针碱、乙氧基白屈菜红碱和毛两面针素分别在0.011~0.139μg(r=0.999 7)、0.010~0.125μg(r=0.999 9)、0.102~1.23μg(r=0.999 9)与峰面积呈良好线性关系;加样回收率分别为95.8%、103.7%、99.3%,其RSD分别为2.6%、1.1%和2.9%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,重复性好,可用于毛两面针中氯化两面针碱、乙氧基白屈菜红碱和毛两面针素含量的同时测定。Objective To establish a method for the determination of nitidine chloride,ethoxychelerythrine and toddaloactone in Zanthozylum nitidum(Roxb) DC.f.fastuosum How ex Huang simultaneously.Methods The RP-HPLC system consisted of Promosil C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase of acetonitrile solution-water solution(containing 0.2% phosphate acid and 0.2% triethylamine)(28∶72).The detection wave length was 273 nm,328 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results The linear response ranges were 0.011-0.139 μg(r=0.999 7),0.010-0.125 μg(r=0.999 9) and 0.102-1.23 μg(r=0.999 9),respectively.The average recoveries(n=6)were 95.8%,103.7%,and 99.3%,respectively.Conclusion The method is quick,simple,and reproducible for the determination of nitidine chloride,ethoxychelerythrine and toddaloactone in Zanthozylum nitidum(Roxb) DC.f.fastuosum How ex Huang simultaneously.
