摘　　要：目的评价某院神经外科合理用药干预措施实施的效果。方法抽取某院神经外科2009年10月份Ⅰ、Ⅱ类切口手术患者病历60份作为对照组,2010年10月份Ⅰ、Ⅱ类切口手术患者病历60份作为干预组。对其中的Ⅰ、Ⅱ类切口手术抗菌药物的预防性使用、专科药物以及辅助用药情况进行评价。结果干预前神经外科围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物存在的主要问题,如抗菌药物品种选择不当,给药时机不当等,在干预后均有显著改善。专科药物以及辅助用药的不合理使用情况明显减少。结论实施的合理用药干预措施具有可行性和有效性,对促进临床安全、有效、经济地使用药物起到了积极的作用。Objective To evaluate the effect of intervention measures on rational drug use in the Department of Neurosurgery in our hospital. Methods A total of 60 cases with type Ⅰand Ⅱincisions, which were done in October 2009 were selected as a non-intervention group, and an other 60 cases with type Ⅰ and Ⅱincisions, which were done in October 2010 were selected as an intervention group. We investigated the main problems in prophylactic application of antibacterial drugs during perioperative period. Results Some problems during the perioperative period before intervention, such as irrational choice of antibiotics, incorrect timing of drug administration, and the unreasonable use of special drugs and assistant drugs, were improved significantly after the intervention. Conclusion Implementation of the intervention measures proves practicable and effective.
