覆膜特种砂热膨胀性能的测试与研究

摘　　要：测定了覆膜种砂在激热条件下的膨胀值，并与相同条件下普通覆膜硅砂的膨胀值进行了对比。测试结果表明：两种覆膜砂的激热膨胀值差异较大。理论分析说明，覆膜砂的激热膨胀不仅受原砂种类的影响，而且还受粘结剂及其它附加物的影响。The thermal expansion values of the precoated non silica and have been measured and contrasted with them of the precoated silica sand on the same conditions.The results have shown that the difference between the thermal expansion values of the two types of precoated sand is very large.Not only the types of sand but also other additions have an effect on the thermal expansion values.
