高效液相色谱法测定复方益肝灵片中五味子醇甲、五味子醇乙和五味子甲素的含量

摘　　要：目的建立益肝灵片中五味子醇甲、五味子醇乙和五味子甲素含量测定的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Ag-ilent TC-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-水(73∶27);流速:1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长:250 nm;柱温为室温。结果五味子醇甲、五味子醇乙、五味子甲素分别在0.105～2.1、0.041 2～0.824、0.018 8～0.376μg与峰面积有良好的线性关系;平均回收率分别为97.8%、98.1%、97.3%,RSD分别为1.2%、1.9%、0.82%。结论所建立的操作简单,重现性好,适用于复方益肝灵片中五味子醇甲、五味子醇乙和五味子甲素的含量测定。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of schisandrin,schisandrol B,and deoxyschizandrin in Fufang Yiganling Pian.Methods Agilent TC-C18 column（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）was used with methanol-water（73∶27） as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was 250 nm,and the column temperature was room temperature.Results The linear range of schisandrin,schisondrol B,and deoxyschizandrin was 0.105-2.1,0.041 2-0.824,and 0.018 8-0.376 μg.The average recovery was 97.8%,98.1%,and 97.3%,with RSD of 1.2%,1.9%,and 0.82%.Conclusion The method is simple,feasible and reproducible.It can be used for the content determination of schisandrin,schisandrol B,and deoxyschizandrin in Fufang Yiganling Pian.
