某院中药注射剂临床合理使用干预的评价

摘　　要：目的评价某院中药注射剂临床合理使用干预措施实施的效果。方法抽取某院使用中药注射剂的2009年11月份出院病历60份作为对照组,使用中药注射剂的2010年11月份出院病历60份作为干预组,对中药注射剂的使用情况进行评价。结果干预组中药注射剂的不合理使用表现,如超适应证、超剂量、溶媒选择及配伍不当等方面有明显改善。结论实施的合理用药干预措施具有可行性和有效性,对促进临床安全、有效、经济地使用中药注射剂起到了积极的作用。Objective To evaluate the effect of the intervention on rational use of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital.Methods A total of 60 cases prescribed injection of traditional Chinese medicine in November of 2009 were selected as a non-intervention group,and another 60 cases prescribed injection of traditional Chinese medicine in November of 2010 were selected as an intervention group.We investigated the irrational use of traditional Chinese medicine injection.Results The main irrational use of traditional Chinese medicine injection,such as over-adaptation,overdosage,incorrect menstruum and compatibility were improved significantly after the intervention.Conclusion The implementation of the intervention measures proves practicable and effective,which will have a safe,effective and economic effect on the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injection in our hospital.
