支持性心理干预对宫颈癌术后患者婚姻质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨支持性心理干预对宫颈癌术后患者婚姻质量的影响.方法 选择在我院住院手术的50例宫颈癌患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各25例.对照组进行常规治疗护理,观察组在此基础上实施个体化支持性心理干预（包括家属）.分别在术后6个月后对两组患者应用Olson婚姻质量问卷进行随访测评.结果 对宫颈癌术后患者进行个体化支持性心理干预后,消除了患者不良心理,改变了其不良的行为,明显提高了其婚姻质量,差异有显著性意义（P＜0.01）.结论 支持性心理干预可提高宫颈癌术后患者的婚姻质量.Objective To probe into the effect of supportive psychological intervention on the marriage quality of patients after cervical cancer operation. Metheds Hospitalized patients totaled 50 cases were divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with routine nursing and on that basis the observation group wao treated with individual supportive psychological intervention （including dependents）.6 mouths later,investigation was done radomly with Olson Marriage Quality Test.Results After carrying out supportive psychological interveation,patients＇ unhealthy emotion was eliminated and unhealthy behaviors were changed consciously,the marital quality was improved greatly and the differences between two groups were significantly（P＜0.01）.Conclusions Supportive psychological intervention can improve the marital quality of patients greatly after cervical cancer operation.
