摘　　要：目的:减少压疮高危患者发生难免压疮的机率。方法:对照组运用常规的防治压疮方法护理压疮高危患者,实验组采用在常规方法的基础上在皮肤受压部位垫水垫床及纯棉大浴巾进行防压疮,然后统计两组难免压疮的发生率。结果:两种防治压疮的方法经统计学处理具有显著的差异性,后者效果明显优于前者。结论:运用水垫床及纯棉大浴巾不仅降低压疮高危人群发生难免压疮的机率,在减轻病人的痛苦和经济负担,同时也减轻护理人员为预防高危人群压疮的劳动强度,值得临床推广。Objective： Reducing pressure ulcer occurred high - risk patients the probability of pressure ulcers unavoidably. Methods： Using conventional prevention control method of pressure ulcers nursing pressure ulcers in high - risk patients, group of conventional methods adopted based on pressure parts in skin water mattress and cotton pad the bath towel, then pressur e ulcers statistical two groups the incidence of pressure ulcers unavoidably. Results：Two contrel method of pressure ulcers by statistical processing has significant difference, the latter is obviously superior to the former. Conclusion： Using water mattress and cotton bath towel high - risk pressure ulcers not only reduces the probability of pressure ulcers unavoidably occurred in alleviate the suffering of patients and economic burden, but also reduce nursing staff for prevention of pressure ulcers high - risk groups,labor intensity, worth clinical promotion.
