53例急性乳腺炎的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:对急性乳腺炎的护理措施进行了总结。方法:合理排空乳汁,控制感染,密切观察病情,术后护理和心理护理等几个方面为急性乳腺炎护理的重点内容。结果:53例患者经过临床处理和精心护理,仅1例形成乳瘘,经抗感染和再切开引流后痊愈出院。结论:对急性乳腺炎采取针对性的护理措施,是有效预防和治疗急性乳腺炎的一个重要保障。Objective： It was summarized that the nursing experience in 53 cases of acute mastitis. Methods ：The important aspects in the care of acute mastits were contained that reasonable emptying the milk,infection control, carefully observation of the vital signs, postoperative care, psychological care, etc. Results falter clinical treatment and intensive care,53 patients were curing. Only one patient was emerged the milk fistula. After anti - infection,incision and drainage, the patient was curing. Conclusion： It was the important protection to effective prevention and treatment methods to acute mastitis through, appropriate nursing interventions.
