轮状病毒性腹泻与微量元素锌关系分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨轮状病毒(RV)感染性腹泻与微量元素锌水平的关系。方法:选取RV感染组患儿和健康对照组儿童各2283例,用原子吸收分光光度法测定血锌含量。结果:RV感染组血锌含量(54.57±15.24)μmol/L,健康对照组血锌含量(69.70±18.47)μmol/L,RV感染明显低于未感染者,两组间有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:RV感染患儿血锌明显低于健康儿童,有统计学意义。对HV感染的儿童有必要进行血锌含量的检测,对指导临床治疗有参考价值。Objective：To study the rotavirus （RV） infection of diarrhea and the relationship between the level of zinc. Methods：2283 cases of children with diarrhea and2283ases of healthy children,using atomic absorption spectrophotometry of blood Zn content. Results：An RV infected blood group zinc content （54.57 ± 15. 24）μmoL/L4, healthy controls blood zinc content4 （ 69.70 ±18.47 ） μmol/L. The mtavims （RV） infection of diarrhea blood group zinc content lower than the healthy controls blood zinc content, there ave sisnificant differences between the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：The RV infection in children with serum zinc was significantly lower than healthy children,children on the need for HV infection in the blood zinc content of the test,the reference value for clinical treatment.
