摘　　要：乳腺MRI具有极好的软组织分辨率和无射线辐射特点,对乳腺癌诊断和局部分期明显优于X线和超声检查,本文结合临床病例在四个方面重点阐述乳腺MRI检查对乳腺癌个体化治疗的作用。It has been shown that MR imaging of the breast can fill many of the clinical information gaps that are inadequately evaluated by current conventional mammography and sonography due to MRI’s inherently high soft-tissue contrast and no ionising radiation.The usefulness of breast MRI in the individual treatment of patient with breast cancer was discussed in the paper,including cancer staging,detecting the primary malignancy of patients presenting as axillary metastases,screening the contralateral breast for occult cancer for patients with a finding of cancer in one breast,and MRI-guided localization and biopsy procedures.
