黔西南州农村公共产品供给研究的现实意义

摘　　要：农村公共产品的供给状况如何,直接反映出农村经济发展的基础条件和保障机制的现状,黔西南州地处偏远的民族地区,由于自身历史文化的原因,经济相对落后,要在短时间内迅速腾飞是不容易的。地方政府如何加大农村公共产品供给的投入,需要深入的调研和科学的决策,一方面要满足贫困地区的人民的基本需求,另一方面又要符合可持续发展战略中的＂需要＂。这样民族地区才能实现真正意义上的脱贫致富。因此,黔西南州农村公共产品供给状况的调研具有重要的现实意义。The supply of public goods in rural areas is directly reflected the basic conditions about the economic development of the countryside and the status of protection mechanism.Qianxinan Prefeture which is located in remote region of China is a multi-national area.Because of its historical culture,the economy is relatively backward.And it is very difficult to make its economy develop rapidly in a short time.Therefore,how to increase the investment of the rural public goods needs a further research and a scientific decision.On the one hand,it should satisfy the primary needs of the people in the poor areas;on the other hand,it must meet ＂the need＂ about the sustainable development.Only in this way,the multi-national areas can really cast off poverty and set out on a road to prosperity.Hence,the investigation of public goods＇ supply to Qianxinan Prefeture has important practical significance.
