伊朗在阿富汗重建中的影响和作用探析

摘　　要：美国主导的阿富汗反恐战争取得阶段性胜利之后,阿富汗的重建工作就被提到了议事日程之上。鉴于种种原因,毗邻阿富汗的中东地区大国伊朗在阿富汗重建过程中扮演着重要角色。但目前伊朗与美国的紧张关系和美国与阿富汗的特殊关系使伊朗在重建阿富汗问题上陷入了两难境地。然而,从国家的根本利益出发,无论伊美关系如何变化,伊朗在阿富汗重建中扮演的角色不会发生大的变化,一个强大、稳定的阿富汗符合伊朗的利益。After the war on terror that the United States had had periodic victory,Afghanistan＇s reconstruction was mentioned above the agenda.Due to various reasons,Iran that it is adjacent to Afganistan in the Middle East plays an important role in Afganistan＇s reconstruction.But now the tension between Iran and the U.S.A and the special relationship between Afganistan and the U.S.A made Iran go into in a dilemma in Afganistan＇s reconstruction.However,from the fundamental interests of the state,regardless of how the relation between Iran and the U.S.A will be,Iran＇role in Afganistan reconstruction will not have a big change,a big and stable Afganistan will fit Iran＇s interests.
