参附注射液对心力衰竭患者心功能及血浆脑钠肽水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨参附注射液对心力衰竭患者心功能参数和血浆脑钠肽(BNP)水平的影响及其临床意义。方法 87例心力衰竭患者分成参附治疗组(46例)和对照组(41例)。对照组患者给予常规治疗,而参附治疗组患者则在常规救治的基础上加用参附注射液进行治疗。在治疗前和治疗一个疗程后检测两组患者的心功能参数和血浆BNP水平,进行比较和分析。结果在治疗前,两组患者的常用心功能参数和血浆BNP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);在治疗一个疗程后,参附治疗组患者的左室收缩末期内径、左室射血分数和血浆BNP水平改善更为明显,与对照组相比较,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论参附注射液能有效地改善心力衰竭患者的心功能状况,减缓心脏的结构重塑。Objective To investigate effects and clinical value of Shenfu injection on cardiac function and brain natriuretic peptide （BNP） in patients with heart failure. Methods Eighty-seven patients with heart failure were divided into Shenfu injection treatment group （46 cases） and control group （41 eases）. Besides the routine treatment performed in the control group, the treatment group was given Shenfu injection. The cardiac functional parameters and BNP levels of the two groups were detected, analyzed and compared pre-treatment and after a course treatment. Results The cardiac functional parameters and BNP levels in the two groups showed no obvious difference before treatment （all P〉0.05）. After a course treatment, compared with the control group, the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, left ventricular end systolic diameter, left ventricular ejection fraction, and the BNP level increased markedly in the treatment group （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shenfu injection can improve cardiac function and reduce cardiac structure remodeling.
