摘　　要：本文对由８０３１ 单片机、模数（ＡＤ５７４）转换芯片、时钟芯片（ＤＡＬＬＡＳ１２８８７）、串行通讯芯片（ＩＣＬ２３２），并通过扩展接口芯片（８２５５）外接液晶显示器（ＬＣＤ）、触摸键盘（４×４ 阵列）以及微型打印机（ＴＰμｐ－ １６Ａ）构成一个多功能的单片机应用系统，并将其如何应用在工业硅酸根浓度测量仪表中等情况进行了介绍。该单片机系统可对检测数据实时采集、分段回归计算、实时显示和打印输出。由于采用零点自动补偿和分段回归方法。This paper presents the application system of a multi function monolithic microcomputer consisting of its peripheral chips(such as the AD574,DALLAS12887,ICL232,etc.),LCD,a touch mode keyboard and a mini printer.The whole system is applied to the SiO 2 consistency measuring insturment.In this microcomprter system the measured data are gathered in real time,calculated by means of dividing regression,displayed with the LCD,printed out through the printer and then transferred to a PC for analysis.The error of the measuring system is obviously reduced owing to the use of automatic error compensation and dividing regression.
