摘　　要：通过对历史村镇、乡土建筑的普查、保护规划的编制和相关保护机制的研究,提出在当前新形势下,规划师如何编制具有可操作性的保护规划、规划管理者如何采取可实施的管理方法,以解决乡土建筑遗产面临的种种问题,使保护规划和规划管理发挥真正的作用。Through researching on the general investigation on historical villages towns and native buildings,preparation of protection planning and relevant protection mechanism,the paper proposes how the planners should work out feasible protection planning and how the planning managers should take implementable management methods under the present new conditions so as to solve various problems faced by native building heritages and enable protection planning and planning management to give play to their real effect.
