摘　　要：基于历史文化名村张谷英的旅游市场调查问卷,运用SPSS软件,从游客的个人因素和对张谷英景区的感知两方面要素入手,系统分析了该地旅游发展过程中存在的问题,并指出了解决的方法。最后总结了促进张谷英古村落旅游开发和保护,实现其可持续发展的"双赢"策略。Based on the tourist market questionnaire of Zhangguying, the historic and cultural village, the paper adopts SPSS software to analyze on the problems in terms of protection in the tourist development process from two aspects, namely, visitors＇ personal factor and the perception of Zhangguying scenic spot. Finally, a ＂win-win＂ measure promoting the tourism development and protection of Zhangguying ancient village so as to realize the sustainable development is summarized.
