城市化语境下古城遗址的保护与经营——唐代渤海国都城遗址保护性开发的策略思考

摘　　要：当前城市化进程中的各项建设活动对古城遗址的威胁已经进入到一个规模更大、矛盾更趋尖锐、次数更趋频繁、一旦毁坏更趋彻底的阶段。通过对遗址保护和城市化发展趋势的研究,寻求在上京龙泉府遗址历史文化的保护和其周边地区城市发展之间的平衡,实现"保护带动发展、发展促进保护"的构想。The construction activities in the current process of urbanization have threaten the ancient ruins, with a larger, more intense conflict, the number of more frequent, more thorough destruction of the stage. Based on the ruins protection and the development trend of urbanization, the paper soughts to the historical and cultural relics protection of the upper capital Longquanfu and the balance between urban development of its surrounding areas,achieve the concept of ＂conservation led development, development promote protection＂.
