中国低碳经济发展的现状及问题分析

摘　　要：低碳经济是以低能耗、低排放、低污染为基础的经济发展模式,中国目前虽已具备发展低碳经济的优势,但仍存在传统经济发展方式导致的高能耗、高排放,技术水平低下,节能减排任务艰巨等诸多不利因素,需要采取调整产业结构,加快科技创新,加强国际低碳技术合作与交流和制定相关政策来加以解决。Low carbon economy is a kind of economic development mode based on low energy consumption, low emission and low pollution. Although China now has advantages in developing low carbon econotuy, there still exist many problems caused by the traditional economic development mode such as high energy consumption, high emission, low level of technology, the difficulty in reaching the goal of energy-saving and emission reduction and so on. Therefore China needs to take relevant countermeasures such as adjusting the industrial structure, accelerating innovation in science and technology, strengthening international cooperation and exchange in low carbon technology and formulating relevant policies to solve these problems.
