摘　　要：人的全面发展状况寓于现实的劳动活动之中。人的劳动活动包括三重维度,即人与自然的关系、人与人的关系以及人与自身的关系。其中,人与自然的关系是人的全面发展的基础性环节,人与人的关系是其外在性条件,而人与自身的关系构成了人的全面发展的核心规定性。从三重关系角度认识人的全面发展对于推进其实现具有现实意义。The all-round development of human beings exists in the process of labor activities.The existence of people includes three-dimension,namely the relationship between man and nature,the relationship between human beings and the relationship between people and their own,in which relationship between man and nature is the basis link of the all-round development of human beings,the relationship between human beings is the external conditions of the all-round development of human beings and the relationship between people and their own constitutes the core requirements of all-round development of human beings.It has practical significance to understand the all-round development of human beings for promoting it from three perspectives.
