摘　　要：晚期扩张性心肌病目 前尚无理想的药物治疗方法。左心室减容术(又称巴迪斯达手术,即左心室部分切除术)是一种新的治疗晚期扩张性心肌病的外科手术方法。安贞医院于1998年4月开展了国内首例该手术,临床效果令人满意,术后心功能改善明显。该手术是一种新的有效的治疗方法,值得有力推广并进行深入研究。There is no ideal drug therapy for end-stage dilated cardiomyopa-thy. Left ventricular volume reduction (Batista operation, partial left ventriculectomy) is a new surgical treatment for end -stage dilated car-diomyopathy. In China, it was first performed in Anzhen Hospital in April, 1998. The clinical result is satisfactory and heart function was obvious improved. This operation is a new and effective surgical treatment for end -stage dilated cardiomyopathy and needs further study.
