摘　　要：对尾赤桉组培繁殖的基本技术流程包括诱导、继代培养、生根培养等进行了试验,结果表明:尾赤桉继代培养基以MS+6BA0.3mg·L-1+NAA0.2mg·L-1+糖30g·L-1+琼脂5g·L-1为最佳,增殖率可达4.0倍,而生根培养基则以1/2MS+IBA0.5mg·L-1+ABT0.2mg·L-1+糖25g·L-1最好,一般生根率能达到85%左右。Basic technique processes including inducement, subculture and transplant of Eucalyptus urophylla×E.camaldulensis tissue culture were carried out,and the results showed that the best medium for subculture was MS with 6 BA 0.3 mg·L-1,NAA 0.2 mg·L-1,sugar 30 g·L-1 and agar 5 g·L-1,and proliferation rate could be up to 4 times. As for rooting, 1/2 MS with IBA 0.5 mg·L-1, ABT 0.2 mg·L-1,and sugar 25 g·L-1 was an ideal medium, and rooting rate could increase about 85%.
