摘  要:采用轮回式部分双列杂交方法,利用10个亲本配置15个杂交组合,分析大麦花药内游离脯酸的含量与花菜培养力之间的相关性,开封大麦花粱内源游离脯氨酸的遗传控制及其在花药诱导过程中的作用进行初步探讨。结果表明,F1花药内源游离脯氨酸含量基因型间差异极为显着,花药内源游离脯氨酸含量与绿苗分化率呈极显着正相关,与愈伤组织诱导率的相关也达到显着水平。一般配合力(GCA)和特殊配合力(SCA)方差均达极显着水平。其广义遗传力很高,狭义遗传力偏低,显性方差明显大于加性方差,表明内源游离脯氨酸的遗传控制以显性效应为主.Barley anther's free proline content, correlation with anther culture response and genetic control mechanism was investigated by the way of circulated partial diallel crossing which was including 10 parents and 15 crosses. The result indicated that the difference of F1 anther's free proline content is significant. The correlation between free proline content and frequency of green plantlet was very remarkable, correlation with frequency of callus producing was also prominent. General Combing Ability (GCA) and Special Combing Ability (SCA) both are significant. The genetic basis of free proline content was controlled by dominance variation and additive variation, hB2 is very high and hN2 is very low, dominance effect principally played an important role in free proline content.
