摘　　要：肠衣加工废水中因富含动物蛋白、脂肪等难以降解的有机物，以往均采用物理化学的方法进行处理，不但成本高，而且效果不佳，也浪费了一定的资源。本文介绍一种运用生物学原理处理肠衣加工废水的方法，不但成本低、效果好，而且有一定的经济效益。Because of the abundant animal protein, fat and indegradable organic compound in the process waste water of intestines, it often comes out a bad effect if adopting the old method of chemical or physical treatment. If adopting biological process to treat the aforesaid waste water, we can get economical, social and environmental efficiency.
