多菌灵对雄性大鼠雄激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察多菌灵对雄性大鼠性激素水平的影响。方法 Hershberger体内筛检试验,分离大鼠雄激素依赖组织,称重并计算脏器系数;放射免疫法测定染毒80 d雄性大鼠血清LH、FSH、T和睾丸组织T激素水平。结果 Hershberger试验中,阴性对照组雄激素依赖组织脏器系数较溶剂对照组显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05;P<0.01);3个多菌灵试验组雄激素依赖组织脏器系数与阴性对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);溶剂+多菌灵组雄激素依赖组织脏器系数与溶剂对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。体内性激素测定,各组血清中FSH、T和睾丸组织匀浆T水平未见明显变化;200 mg/kg剂量组血清LH与对照组间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 Hershberger体内筛检试验未发现多菌灵有抗雄激素/雄激素样作用,并且体内激素检测多菌灵对血清TSH、T和睾丸组织T无影响。Objective To observe effects of carbendazim on hormone levels of male rats.Methods In Hershberger assay,56 wistar rats were castrated,after a week,they were dosed once a day for 10 days with TP plus carbendazim（20,100,200 mg /kg） or corn oil.Then,the gland of Tyson,glans penis,bulbourethral gland,levator ani and bulbocavernosus muscles,seminal vesicle and prostate wereremoved and weighed.After 80 day-dosed（0,20,100,200mg /kg）,the rats’serum hormone（LH,FSH,T） and testosterone level intesticle were assayed by radioimmunoassay.Results Negative control organ coefficient of androgen-dependent glands and tissue wassignificantly higher than the solvent control group,there were significant differences（P 〈0.05;P〈 0.01）;3 Carbendazim experimentalgroups organ coefficient of androgen-dependent glands and tissue was compared with the negative control group,there were no significantdifference（P 〉0.05）;solvent and Carbendazim group organ coefficient of androgen-dependent glands and tissue was compared with thesolvent control group,there were no significant difference（P 〉0.05）.Serum hormone levels of FSH,T,and testicular tissue T were nosignificant changes in any carbendazim groups and control group（P〉 0.05）.Compared with the control group,200mg /kg carbendazimgroup serum LH level was lower,there were significant difference（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Carbendazim mayn’t have antiandrogenic orandrogenic property in vivo screening test,and carbendazim has no effects on serum hormone levels of FSH,T and testicular tissue T level.
