Disc-FX系统经皮椎间盘切除、射频消融术治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察D isc-FX系统经皮椎间盘摘除、射频消融术治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的近期疗效。方法:选择自2010年7月至2010年10月在我院应用D isc-FX系统经皮髓核摘除、射频消融术治疗椎间盘源性腰痛并且随访资料完整的患者36例,比较术前、术后即刻、1周、3月、6月JOA、VAS及Oswestry(2.0版本)评分。结果:36例患者术后JOA评分较术前明显升高,术后VAS和Oswestry评分较术前明显降低,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:D isc-FX系统经皮椎间盘切除、射频消融术是治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的有效方法。Objective ： To investigate short term effect of percutaneous discectomy combined with radiofrequency ablation by Disc-FX in contained lumbar disc herniation. Methods： Comparison of JOA, VAS and Oswestry（version 2.0） score in contained lumbar disc herniation patients＇preoperative and postoperative from 2010.07. to 2010.10. Results： Postoperative JOA score was significantly increased compared with preoperative （P 〈 0.01 ）; Postoperative VAS and Oswestry score decreased significantly compared with preoperative （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Contained lumbar disc herniation was effectively treated with percutaneous discectomy combined with radiofrequency ablation by Disc-FX
