摘　　要：目的了解养老院老年人高血压、高血糖、血脂异常的发生率,并探讨相应的干预措施。方法 2009年9月至2009年10月整群抽取温州市两所养老院有生活自理能力的老人作为研究对象,对其营养状况以及血压、空腹血糖、血脂指标进行测量,分析各年龄段人群高血压、高血糖及血脂异常的发生率。结果老年人营养不良检出率为2.1%,贫血检出率为12.9%,且男性检出率明显高于女性(P<0.05);超重发生率为25.4%;高血压占53.3%,血糖升高者占22.9%;血脂异常者中,TC升高者占36.9%,且男性发生率明显低于女性(P<0.05);TG升高者占36.3%。结论养老院老年人中高血压、高血糖、高血脂的检出率较高,应对其进行护理干预,定期健康体检,做到早发现、早诊断、早治疗是极为重要的。Objective To understand the incidence of elderly with hypertension,high blood sugar,blood lipid abnormalities in nursing home older people,improve awareness of the importance of physical examination and explore appropriate interventions.Methods From September 2009 to October 2009 the entire cluster sample of nursing homes in Wenzhou city,elderly people with self-care ability from two nursing home were selected as object, their nutritional status and blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,blood lipids were measured.The incidences of hypertension,high blood sugar and dyslipidemia were analyzed.Results Elderly malnutrition prevalence rate was 2.1%,anemia prevalence rate was 12.9%,and the prevalence rates of males were significantly higher than those of females（P0.05）.Overweight prevalence rate was 25.4%,hypertension prevalence rate was 53.3%,high blood glucose prevalence rate was 22.9%.High total cholesterol（TC） prevalence rate was 36.9%,and the prevalence rate of males was significantly lower than that of females（P0.05）.High triglyceride（TG） prevalence rate was 36.3%.Conclusions Hypertension,high blood sugar and high blood cholesterol prevalence rate in elderly from nursing home isare high,they should be given nursing intervention,regular health check to achieve early discovery,early diagnosis and early treatment.
