摘 要:利用汉诺威分析仪对4种不同配方的不锈钢药芯焊丝的立焊性能进行了电弧参数测试,分析焊接电流、电弧电压、短路时间的概率密度分布及它们的均方差与电弧稳定性和熔滴过渡的关系.结果表明,焊接电流、电弧电压及短路时间t1的均方差越小,有效短路过渡次数的比率越大,则焊丝熔滴短路过渡的均匀性和稳定性越好,飞溅也越小,立焊效果越好,对药芯焊丝全位置性的配方优化设计工作具有很大的现实意义.Because the evaluation of wire vertical characteristic through manual welding operation methods was poor accuracy,only was qualitative,not quantitative and further limited to enhance the level of flux cored wire,Hannover Arc analyzer was used to quantitatively analyze the arc physical characteristics and the performance parameters of vertical welding with four kinds of stainless steel flux-cored wire.Through analyzing the relation of the probability density distribution of arc voltage,current,short circuit time,their standard deviation and metal transition,the experimental results showed that the standard deviation of current,voltage and short circuit time were smaller,the effective transition ratio of the larger short-circuit was bigger,the uniformity and stability of wire droplet transition became better,splash became smaller,the characteristics of vertical welding became better,so the optimizing design of all-position flux cored wire formulation had great practical significance.
