中药治疗胰源性肺损伤实验病理观察

摘　　要：目的：通过组织病理学检查观察中药治疗胰源性肺损伤的效果。方法：将动物随机分为模型组与中药治疗组，造模及中药灌胃，７２ ｈ 后取肺脏行组织学检查。结果：模型组与治疗组之间差别显著，治疗组的肺脏病理改变明显减轻（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） 。结论：中药治疗，不仅改善肠道功能，肺组织功能，减轻肺损伤，还具有促进肺损伤修复的作用。To observe histopathologic changes of pancreatic lung injury treated with Chinese herbsMethods:Animal were divided into model group and herbal group.The model was treated with Chinese herbs.Results:There were remarkable difference between the two groups.Conclusion:The pulmonary pathologic changes of treatment with Chinese herbs could not only improve the intestinal function,pulmonary function and ameliorate lungs injury,but also promote restoration of lungs injury. Key Words:pancreatic lung injury,Chinese herbs,histopathologybutment periodontal index and plaque bacteria relative distributions were invegtigated.Methods:According to archived,the abutment plaque index(PLI),gingival index(GI)and gingival bleeding index(GBI)were observed at 7 different periods.The relative bacteria distributions of the abutments subgingival plaque were exmined after stained by Congo red.Results:①The abutments' PLI,GI and GBI apperently rised after wearing RPDs for a short period of time (P<0 01),and then gradually increased during the first 6 month,but decreased after 6 months and trended toward steadiness;②The ratio of cocci was descend but the ratio of fusobacteria and spirochetes were ascend after RPDs being worn Conclusions:Wearing RPDs amy increase abutments PLI,GI,GBI and also raise the ration of pathogenic fusobacteria,spirochette in the dental plaques.This study will serve as an effective theoretical gauidance for recorginizing the machnisms of RPDs effects on oral microecosystem and clinical prevention and treatmeant of RPDs caused diseases.
