摘　　要：目的：建 立海马巴 戟丸中 淫羊 藿 甙含 量的 测 定方 法。 方法： 采用 固 相萃 取与 高 效液 相 色谱法结合 的分析 技术，样品 供试液 用 Ｓｅｐ Ｐａｋ Ｃ１８ 微柱 制备。结 果：平均 回收率 为９ ９ ．７ ％ （ ｎ ＝ ５） ， Ｒ Ｓ Ｄ为１ ．７ ％ 。结 论：本法 简便、高效 ，分析结 果准确 、可靠，可 用于本品 的质量控 制。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of icariin in the Chinese Patent medicine Haimabajiwan. Method:Using the technique of HPLC combined with Solid Phase Extraction (SPE). The testing solution of sample was prepared with Sep Pak C 18 cartridge.Results:The average recovery was 99.7%(n=5),RSD=1.7%.Conclusion: This method was simple, convenient, rapid, accurate and relible. This method could be used to control the quality of Haimabajiwan.
